House of Healing
Odeon is a monthly training program rooted in awareness, skill, and self-responsibility.
We use strength, movement, and recovery as tools to understand the body — not override it.
This is not a place to chase exhaustion or quick fixes.
It’s a practice of learning how your system works and building capacity over time.
Training at Odeon includes:
•intentional movement and strength
•nervous system support
•sauna and cold for recovery
•reflection and integration beyond the gym
The goal is resilience — in body and in life.
⸻
THE PROCESS
Odeon is approached progressively.
The current entry point into Odeon is ⚓ Anchor — a once-weekly guided practice designed to establish awareness, consistency, and trust in the body.
Once-weekly work allows space to:
•notice patterns
•integrate learning into daily life
•build a strong foundation before increasing load or frequency
From Anchor, members may:
•continue once weekly
•increase training frequency
•or transition into monthly Odeon training
Each path is intentional.
Nothing is rushed.
⸻
WHY WE WORK THIS WAY
Because real change happens between sessions.
And awareness is the foundation of sustainable strength.
When the system is supported, progress becomes efficient, safe, and lasting.

A new website is on the way.
For now, Anchor is where the journey begins.
